I don't have to wait four hours after eating before I go to bed anymore. I put my head up and go to sleep and my reflux has decreased. I get a better night's sleep now. I love my Easy Rest bed. I like putting my legs up. When I take my nap in the afternoon, I lay on my back, put both my legs up, and I sleep like a baby.
